During this session we learned a number of very practical tips about how to be aware of our surroundings and remain calm in the event of a chaotic or dangerous situation.

The video for this session is highly recommended viewing for older teens and college aged young adults! Learning these skills early in life will set the stage for a much safer path forward and a much more secure sense of the world around them.

About the Session

Awareness? Worry? Fear? These are not the same. Awareness helps to keep you safe and allows you to plan for potential problems. Worry occupies your mind and provides no benefit. Fear is useful but is completely different than awareness. How can you help yourself in being more safe, secure, and importantly RELAXED wherever you are?
